We are fully engaged in progressive construction standards by employing the many alternative materials and means of construction that are encouraged in the “Build-it-Green” and the “Cal-Green” checklists.  This ensures we are using materials and methods that are environmentally efficient, that passively or actively save energy costs, and that bring great added value to your home – while you are living in it and at resale.  These products can actually make your home more dynamic (vaulted ceilings by way of trusses) or sublime (solar tubes – passive natural lighting)!  We have a consultant who is LEED-certified, so we can save fees instead of hiring an outside consultant (as otherwise mandated) to review and inspect our application/construction.
